What entry requirements do I need?
You will need a minimum of: 4 GCSEs grade A*- D (grade 3 - 9) including English and maths.
What will I learn?
During this one year course you will gain a thorough understanding of airline operations and the role of cabin crew. You will use your passion for travel and meeting new people, to help you develop excellent customer service skills as well as the technical abilities to perform cabin crew duties. You will be able to learn emergency procedures and cabin crew duties in our replica Airbus A320, while being taught by our professional tutors who have all worked in the industry. You will have the opportunity to prepare your job application for some of the top airlines in the country and be put through your paces during mock-interviews.

You will taught by industry professionals and ex-cabin crew staff, who have excellent links to major airlines flying from Gatwick and Heathrow and regular visitors from leading airlines and tour operators play a vital role in the learning experience. The employment unit prepares all candidates for interview selection.
Building on your ambitions to travel and explore the world, this course will teach you all the skills you will need to work for a top airline.
Assessment is varied and comprises of the following: - Online examination - Role plays - Real Working Environment assessments for survival, interview day and cabin service - Short answer question sheets - Designing and developing industry manuals - Practical assessment in the workplace/ mock interview day - Written assignments
What could I progress on to?
On completion of the course you can progress straight into employment or to one of our Travel and Tourism programmes where you can complete a Level 3 Diploma, which take you into the industry or to on to university.
You will also be set for a career in Cabin Crew with leading airlines based at London Airports. You will have also acquired a number of transferable skills that may also lead to many other opportunities within the travel industry.
A high level of personal grooming is required for this course. You will need approximately £300 to cover course-related trips, uniform and resources.
Prior to your uniform arriving you will need to wear a black skirt/trousers and a white shirt, with your hair up in a bun. Your tutors will advise you about Hair and Make-Up guidelines when you start your course.
